Structure Characters and advantages of sanitary pump

1.The impeller is designed as open type impeller, which deepens the inlet cavity of impeller, enhance the inlet feature of pump and avoid cavitation，with sanitary mirror polishing..

2.The impeller and shaft are designed as taper matching，and the locking nut is provided with seal to prevent the liquid from entering the shaft sleeve and thread，or else, dead corner will be produced.

3.The mechanical seal is designed is no bolt and apring contacting material,which can be thoroughly cleaned without any pollution.

4.The pump body is provided with drain valve to discharge residual iquid so as to guarantee there is no dead corner.

5.Materials:the liquid passing parts(wetted parts) can be made of 316L or 304.The roughness after fine mirror polishing is Ra<=0.28um

6.The parts and connections that the liquid will pass must be cleaned and there shall have no residuals after cleaning and sterilization，so as to realize the sanitary and aseptic conception in a real sense
